Who we are ?
We promote Mexican art and culture, identify services that help and support Mexican residents, and support academic and social research related to the Mexican community in the Greater Cleveland and Northeast Ohio area.
The Mexican community of Cleveland and Northwest Ohio is united, integrated and well-represented in the diverse cultural, educational and service spaces of Cleveland.
The Comité Mexicano has three major emphases areas: Arts & Culture, Community Service and Education
Art & Culture
Andrea Villalon – Director of Art & Culture
Promotes Mexican culture and art, the Spanish language, Mexican gastronomy and traditions.
Patricia Esparza – Director of Service
Provides services in the areas of health, food and housing and delivers them efficiently.
Elia De La Garza – Director of Education
Provides education to and about the Mexican community in the greater Cleveland and Northeast Ohio area.
